for professional development for cancer investigators and
clinicians, among others.

UICC International Fellowships for Beginning Investigators
(ACSBI)
Six to eight fellowships per year, average value of US$ 45,000,
duration 12 months.
Annual Application Closing Date: 1 December

Raisa Gorbachev Memorial Fellowships
Targeted to pathologists from Russia, central and eastern
Europe and developing countries. Twenty fellowships available
per year, average value – cost of a return air fare
and a monthly stipend based on WHO rates, duration 2 months.

Memorial UICC International Cancer Study Grants (YY)
Fourteen to sixteen grants per year, average value of US$
10,000

NCI short
term scientist exchange fellowships
The Short-Term Scientist Exchange is one of the programs of
the Office of International Affairs (OIA) of the U.S. National
Cancer Institute (NCI). It promotes collaborative research
between established U.S. and foreign scientists by supporting,
in part, exchange visits of U.S. cancer researchers to foreign
laboratories, or foreign cancer researchers to U.S. laboratories.
The visits may be from one week to six months in duration.
